Full Paper Guidelines

1. Paper Format
All submitted papers must be written in English.
The paper must be formatted in A4 size, with a minimum length of 6 pages and a maximum of 12 pages.
Margins, font type (Times New Roman), size (10 pt), and line spacing must not be altered.

2. Structure of the Paper
Each manuscript should be organized in the following structure:

Title (concise and informative)
Author(s) and affiliations
Abstract (150–250 words)
Keywords (3–6 relevant keywords)
Introduction
Methods / Methodology
Results and Discussion
Conclusion
Acknowledgements (optional)
References

3. References
Use the numbered citation style (e.g., [1], [2], …).
References must be written in English and follow IoP bibliographic format.
Include DOI or URLs when available.
Ensure at least 70% of the references are from international journals and recent (within the last 10 years). Reference style used is Vancouver (brackets)

4. Figures and Tables
Figures must be clear, high-resolution, and placed within the text.
Tables must be properly formatted and numbered sequentially.
Each figure and table must have a caption and be referenced in the text. More information about formatting IoP template can be seen here.

5. Plagiarism Policy
Manuscripts must be original and must not have been previously published or submitted elsewhere.
All submissions will be screened using plagiarism detection software.
Similarity index must be less than 20% (excluding references).

6. Submission Procedure
Papers for peer-review must be submitted in editable format (*doc/*docx) via the conference management system.
The camera-ready paper should be submitted in PDF after acceptance for publication.
At least one author must register and present the paper at the conference.

7. Review Process
All submitted papers will undergo peer review by at least two experts in the field. All abstract submission is managed using Microsoft CMT (submit abstract here), while full paper submission will be announced soon.
The decision of acceptance, revision, or rejection will be communicated to the authors.

8. Copyright and Publishing
Accepted papers will be published in IoP Conferences Proceedings, an open-access journal indexed in Scopus , or Sinta-indexed journal.
Authors are required to sign a copyright agreement before publication. Note that the IoP is currently published under a CC BY licence. For further information on what the CC BY licence allows, please refer to this page.
